My story

nice to meet you - i'm dianne!

I spent years doing what so many women do — powering through exhaustion, skipping meals between shifts, forcing workouts that didn’t feel good, and calling it “discipline.” On the outside it looked healthy. On the inside, I was running on empty.

Things shifted when I finally slowed down long enough to hear what my body had been trying to tell me. I learned to eat in a way that supported my hormones, move in ways that felt sustainable, manage stress with intention, and treat myself with the same care I’d always given to everyone else.

That personal shift is also where White Birch Wellness began — with the idea that healing doesn’t have to be harsh or dramatic. Birch trees are known for their resilience and their ability to renew what’s been depleted. That’s the kind of support I wanted to offer: gentle, evidence-based guidance that helps women rebuild their health in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

Now I help women understand what their bodies are saying — so they can let go of the all-or-nothing mindset, quiet the daily chaos, and build habits that feel doable, supportive, and actually aligned with the season they’re in.
